How long does delivery take?
We expect orders to the US to be delivered within 20 days, although it usually takes less time. 

Will I be charged for shipping or taxes?
Shipping is always free of charge and taxes are included in the price you see. No additional fees are applied at checkout (or anywhere!). 

What if my order is lost or damaged?
We offer a full refund in the unlikely event where the order is lost or damaged. The customer has the alternative of having a replacement order sent to him.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes! If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us at info@thenobleshopper.com and we'll be happy to change/cancel your order.

Can I return my order?
Yes, returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order. If you wish to initiate a return, please let us know by email at info@thenobleshopper.com or by filling the Contact Us form and mentioning "Return" in the subject line.
